HORRIBLE!
This place offered the WORST CAMPING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN MANY MANY YEARS! I was in the tent area but it was close enough that we could hear "people" in the trailer and camper areas who were playing loud music, yelling and swearing up til at least 4:30 in the morning. Their loud racket woke up my daughter at 2 am and kept her up for at least an hour with their yelling, swearing (f-bombs are just what you want your 12-yr-old to hear at 2 am). I suppose even trailer trash are entitled to camp, but the owners should have a "quiet time" after a certain time-- I would have been happy with Midnight!
The owners said they didn't hear these people, but I don't see how they couldn't have, they were so loud. I was giving SA the benefit of the doubt since another review mentioned their disgusting toilets, and they were indeed disguting. But if you want to actually sleep while camping, I would advise that you run or drive away from this place as fast as possible.
I met a guy the next morning who slept in his car at a rest area and I was actually jealous of him!!
Avoid Shady Acres at all costs!! You'll be glad you did.
